Privacy Policy

Your data stays on your device
Kipi Calculator does not run user accounts and does not send your job entries, journal notes, contacts, or estimates to our servers. Everything you save — job log entries, journal notes, crew hours, calendar items, equipment records, and business info — is stored in your own browser's local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data will remove it, so use the backup feature on the Job Dashboard to keep a copy.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads that keep this site free. Google and its partners may use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com.
Analytics & hosting
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard technical information such as anonymized usage statistics to operate and protect the site. We do not sell personal information.
Children
Kipi Calculator is a professional trade tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
